1. The Competition
   1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions hosted on the Jonny From Donny Competitions website at www.jonnyfromdonnycompetitions.co.uk (the "Website").
   2. You can enter via a paid online method ("Online Entry Route") or via a free postal method ("Postal Entry Route") outlined in Section 3.9. Every participant who enters is an "Entrant".
2. Entry Details
   1. Each competition will have a published opening and closing date/time (UK time).
   2. The Promoter reserves the right to change the competition closing date in exceptional circumstances.
   3. Entries submitted outside the published times will not be accepted. Postal entries received up to 72 hours after the closing date may be credited for future draws.
   4. To enter via the Online Entry Route:
      • Visit the Website
      • Select your desired number of entries
      • Complete the checkout and payment process
      • Receive confirmation and ticket number(s) via email
   5. To enter via the Instant Win Online Route:
      • Follow steps above
      • View your ticket to check for an instant win
   6. All entries must be in English.
   7. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for incomplete, delayed, lost, or failed entries.
   8. By submitting an entry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Postal Entry (Free Route)
   1. To enter for free:
      • Send a postcard via 1st or 2nd class post to: Jonny From Donny Competitions, Airedale House, 423 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, LS4 2EW
      • Include:
        • Full name
        • Address
        • Contact phone number & email
        • Chosen competition name
   2. Each postcard must be posted separately. Bulk entries are not accepted.
   3. Entrants must have a valid account on the Website with matching details.
   4. Free entries for Instant Win competitions will be converted to site credit.
4. Winner Selection
   1. All Draw-Based competitions use a verifiably random process to select winners.
   2. Live draws are conducted via Facebook Live on the official Jonny From Donny Competitions page.
   3. Google Random Number Generator is used for all random selections.
   4. If the draw is disrupted or inconclusive, it may be repeated.
5. Eligibility
   1. Competitions are open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over.
   2. The following are not eligible:
      • Employees of the Promoter
      • Those professionally connected to the competition
      • Immediate family members of the above
   3. Entrants must ensure all submitted details are accurate. Proof of identity/address may be required.
   4. Entries via bots, agents, third-party services, or incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
   5. Only one account per household is permitted.
   6. Entrants may enter multiple times per competition, subject to entry limits (which vary by competition).
6. Prizes
   1. Prize details are listed on the competition page. Prizes include (but are not limited to):
      • Luxury Vehicles
      • Watches
      • Automotive Equipment
      • Helicopters
      • Boats
   2. A cash alternative may be offered at the Promoter’s discretion, amount may vary.
   3. If a prize is a vehicle:
      • MOT will be provided if required
      • Insurance, tax, and safety gear are the winner's responsibility
      • Prize must be collected or delivered as agreed
   4. All prizes are owned and supplied by BTY Sales and Marketing Limited.
   5. Prizes are not transferable or negotiable.
7. Claiming the Prize
   1. Winners will be contacted by phone or email.
   2. The winner must claim their prize within 21 days. Failure to do so may result in the prize being awarded to another Entrant.
   3. Prizes must be claimed personally. Third-party claims are not accepted.
   4. Cash prizes will be paid via bank transfer after verification of identity and account ownership.
   5. Winners of high-value prizes may be asked to provide ID matching their account details.
8. Publicity & Privacy
   1. By entering, you consent to your data being used to process your entry and notify you of results.
   2. Winner names may be published on the Website and social media unless you object in advance by emailing us.
   3. If you request deletion of your personal data before the draw, you will be withdrawn from the competition and no refund will be issued.
   4. Jonny From Donny Competitions is active on Facebook and Instagram under @jonnyfromdonnycompetitions.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
   1. We reserve the right to cancel any competition. In such cases, entry fees will be refunded.
   2. Refunds are not issued for disqualified entries or eligibility failures.
10. Legal
    1. These Terms are governed by English law.
    2. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
    3. Competitions are in no way affiliated with or endorsed by Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google or Apple.
